Moto X Force: A shatterproof Android phone for outside the U.S.

source from
Motorola introduced the Moto X Force handset on Thursday with a short and simple, but poignant video that highlights the five-layer protective display technology. Where the iPhone and another flagship Android phone shatter from a drop, the Moto X Force doesn't.

Aside from the name difference and the dropping of the Droid name -- and that big Verizon logo too -- the Moto X Force appears identical to the Turbo 2. That means it gets the same 48 battery life, has Quick Charge 2.0 technology with the 25 Watt charger and a 5.4-inch Quad HD screen. The Force also has a 21 megapixel rear camera, runs on a Snapdragon 810 processor along with 3 GB of memory and will be available with either 32 or 64 GB of internal storage. The phone also supports memory expansion up to 2 TB with a microSD card slot. Also like the Droid Turbo 2, the Moto X Force will be available for customization through Moto Maker. Motorola says the Moto X Force is coming in November to Latin America, Europe and the Middle East as well as the Asia Pacific regions. Pricing has not yet been announced
